For long term strategies, consider addressing your diet and nutritional needs. Starting with a Period Vitamin may be one of the best ways to go. It’s a supplement that is only taken once daily and contains the vitamins, minerals and herbs your body craves while it’s on menstrual time. What many women have noticed is that it doesn’t take long for the period vitamin to start erasing PMS symptoms. A large percentage of women get relief after one month of taking the supplement while a smaller percentage needs two months. However, this doesn’t mean that they can or should stop taking the supplement when they get the relief. The body still needs the nutrients to support your periods.
