If you have menstrual migraines, you already know the period migraine symptoms: migraines at the time of your period or before your period. It’s also possible to have a migraine after your period, so the time period isn’t exclusive to your actual period.

One of the major reasons why women get migraines during menstruation is hormone-related. What hormone? It’s low levels of estrogen that cause it. The good news is that you can approach menstrual migraines nutritionally with home remedies and naturally and get menstrual migraine relief and even a cure.
These home remedies are herbals such as Agnus castus, vitamins and minerals such as vitamin D and calcium, yoga, relaxation / biofeedback, and a period vitamin.
