a. Cayenne pepper tincture – This is for brave souls who love hot spicy foods. Cayenne pepper is rated according to how hot it is. For example, it could be 35,000 BTU (British Thermal Units) or HU (heat units), 45,000 or even over 100,000 BTU.
You always want to start with a low level of BTU until you get used to it; then raise it up higher slowly. A few drops of cayenne pepper tincture can easily be added to a glass of water and drunk fast. When you do, expect your nausea to lessen quickly.
